Hugo is playing for the Professional 2007 Champion Seattle Sounders from March-October 2008.

Booking session by session is an option, but a consistent program is our recommended path to maximize performance improvement. Individual lessons will also be scheduled as time permits.

Here are 3 private lesson options with Hugo:

FIRST OPTION:

Individual lessons scheduled as time permits. Scholarships may be available depending on need and available funding.

SECOND OPTION:

Sign up for 16 of the 1-hour lessons, without anything beyond (2-months).

THIRD OPTION:

The full Hugo 16 private lesson program.

Hugo's programs run 2-months straight. The program is broken down into 16 sessions at 1-hour each. This allows flexibility in the scheduling.

Hugo will provide his analysis at three key stages to maximize the student's improvement:

Chris Eylander #22

  • Initial evaluation of where his skills reside today
  • He will offer key areas of focus for his training
  • Offer nutrition and preparation advice
  • Student will receive 4 tickets to the Sounders 5/10/08 opening Match at Qwest Field Or other depending on timing of signup
  • It will be important for the student to watch professional soccer
  • Student will get an Adidas soccer ball
  • Mid program/lesson 9, Hugo will video record Student's performance and review it with student
  • Hugo will also offer suggestions of focus on the video for the rest of training

  • On lesson 15 Hugo will analyze how things have come together and the things to practice and demonstrate in lesson 16
  • Lesson 16 Hugo will video record his performance again and review it with student
  • Hugo will point out the key strengths to use in his game and the weakness areas to work on further
  • These suggestions will be provided on video
You will end up with 2 video recordings and 3 analysis stages, combined with 16 key training sessions on endurance, mobility, dribbling and shooting.

Hugo will help prepare for all elements of the game.
